Feds Reject Indiana’s Medicaid Plan
The Department of Health and Human Services has informed Indiana’s Medicaid Director that their plan is illegal and must be changed. A law recently signed by Gov. Daniels prohibits funding for Planned Parenthood and would illegally deny benefits to those that qualify.
