The Indiana State Public Defender retired today and the Indiana Supreme Court is in the process to find her replacement.
Public Defender of Indiana, Susan K. Carpenter, Retires
After serving as the Public Defender of Indiana for nearly 30 years, Susan K. Carpenter, is retiring. The Indiana Supreme Court appointed Ms. Carpenter to the position in 1981.
