The inaugural Smoke on the Square in Franklin, Indiana was a success! The professional barbeque team, Thin Blue BBQ, lead by Mr. Brian Herbert and Jeramy Buckles (with the help of Nick Saylor and Rick Barton) won 1st place for the People’s Choice award, 2nd place in the pork category and 10th place in the rib category. Additionally, new team member , Mark Nicholson, won 5th place in the dessert category.
There were many great teams that competed and it was an honor to be a part of it.
